You pay for each lessons a single payment at a price depending on the number of students. The price per student will vary depending on how many are there. For example, a group of 10 students means that the total single payment you make to us is $300, however you can divide it by each person attending (ex.10) and it becomes $30 per person.
Once you purchase the package of lessons we will promptly contact you to schedule the lesson/s whenever it is more convenient for you.
Cancellations in less than 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be considered a late and will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This fee compensates for the allocated resources and lost opportunity to serve other clients.
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to cancel and does not show up for the scheduled lesson, it will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.Extraordinary circumstances
Client may cancel their services before fulfillment due to extraordinary circumstances without incurring a no cancellation fee. Extraordinary circumstances include:
- Serious illness or hospitalization of the client.
- Death in the client's immediate family.
- Natural disasters or severe weather conditions directly impacting the client.
